PRODUCT WARRANTY:

PennaRossa Modena guarantees its products for life against manufacturing defects.

The guarantee is international and is valid for all countries in which it can be enforced, with the exception of wars or limitations by international organizations that guarantee freedom and free trade in those countries.

The warranty is valid and payable only in case of presentation of a regular purchase document or warranty coupon correctly filled in by us or by the dealer. The purchase receipt, as well as the receipt or invoice, will be considered suitable documents for the guarantee request.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and in no way accidental or breakage caused by the buyer or third parties.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental extraordinary natural events such as earthquakes, tsunamis, lightning or any other event that can be classified as unpredictable

Each buyer, regardless of the country of origin, is responsible for the shipping costs to be incurred for the return or for delivery to the nearest dealer; once the object reported as defective has been received, our technical department will take care to contact the owner or dealer to communicate the response of the opening of the warranty repair case.

If accepted, the cost of returning it to the buyer or dealer will be at our expense.

All our shipments are insured: in case of purchase via the web, any damage or breakages caused by the courier during the delivery process require an insurance reimbursement procedure.
