Shipment
Where do we ship?
We ship all over the world. shipping is always free in Italy. Shipping is free worldwide for orders over € 299. We do not ship to countries excluded from international couriers for state reasons
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Shipping to Italy usually takes 1 day, except for courier problems. Standard international shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days during normal season. In December and in periods subject to special holidays or holidays, shipping times may be longer. Express courier shipping is available worldwide, but may incur additional costs
What do i do if i don't receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If the item is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it.
Returns
Which items can be returned?
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used. Of course, in the event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and we will send you a new one or refund you.
What is the return fee?
Returns are always paid by the buyer. PennaRossa Modena is not responsible for items in transit until they are delivered
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
Gifts must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned. In that case they will be treated as a normal return, and you will receive a gift card with a value corresponding to their current sale price. Gifts can be returned within 30 days of the date they were purchased.
